1 . Tell a youth leader
Letting someone you know about the decision you made to become a Christian is a really helpful way of getting support!
They can spend time with you, answer questions, pray with you, give advice and more as you being to get a better idea of who Jesus is.
Is there a grown up whose faith you really respect? Maybe a youth leader? Maybe a friends church-going parents? Maybe a vicar / pastor? If you haven’t already, drop them a message letting them know you became a Christian at The Mix and ask if you can have a chat about what to do next.

3. Check out the Bible
The Bible is a collection of stories, experiences, poetry and thoughts on God. It shows us what he thinks of us, how much he loves us, and gives us recommendations on how we can best help other people and live a fulfilling life.
You can download the Bible for free through the button below. There are versions using “ye olde” English or more modern language if you’d prefer that. In this app, you can also download daily reading plans, which will take you to key parts of the bible.
We recommend searching for “New Believer Plan for teenagers” and see what you like the look of!

4. Find a church
When you think of a church, maybe you think of really old buildings? When Christians refer to ’the Church’ we actually mean the community of people who meet together to worship God, have fun and support one another, and help those in need. We believe every single person has a unique role to play in making this community even better, this includes you!
Maybe you’re already part of a youth group of a church? If not, Google “churches near me” and see what comes up. If you’d like, get in touch with us and we can recommend some teenager friendly churches near where you live.

5. Come back to the mix!
Ok, this one is less crucial, as you don’t NEED The Mix to be a Christian! All the same, you’d be really welcome to come back sometime.
We’d love to see you again!
